Restore

Restoration of the rivers and the watershed is a huge component of the NSRWA's activities. Restoration includes: bringing back the herring to the rivers and tributaries, working to keep the rivers clean through water quality monitoring programs, implementing stormwater best management practices, such as raingardens, restoring habitat and hosting river clean-up days.

It's amazing what we find thrown into our rivers!
