It was a gorgeous day for the running of the 29th Annual NSRWA Great River Race! The 7.5 mile race started at Bridge Street Canoe Launch in Norwell and ended at Indian Head Road in Hanover. There were 89 boats and 110 participants, 21 corporate sponsors, 5 FundRacers, plus an amazing crew of 76 volunteers!
Our own Watershed Ecologist, Dr. Sara Grady swam the course for the third time in our Swim for Clean Water. There is still time to support her effort by going to Sara’s fundraiser page.
Thank you to our FundRacers (There is also still time to support them by clicking on their names)
Rockland High School Green Team – Hannah Wyllie, Jad Bendarkawi, Mathew Bruzzese, Zachary Webb, Tyler Gamabon – $770.00
