"Fall" in Love with the South River Paddle

Join the NSRWA on a guided paddle of the upper reaches of the majestic South River, a true hidden gem! We will meet at 11:45am behind the CVS (1880 Ocean St.) in Marshfield. Canoes, kayaks, and SUPs welcome! Discover the local flora and fauna of this tranquil place. Participants will also gain knowledge of how to plan and navigate a trip according to the tides.There is about a 0.1 mile walk to the put-in spot at the Francis Keville Footbridge, wheeled carts are recommended for the portage. Bring your own vessel. All Participants must bring and wear a well-fitting PFD at all times. kayaks, SUPs, or canoes welcome. Paddlers 12 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Space limited. Please bring your signed ACA waiver to the event.

Cost is $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers, which includes fee for ACA insurance waiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel with a refund 48 hours before the event, however, membership and credit card fees are non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours, we reserve the right to refund 50% of your payment.

WEATHER CANCELLATION: If we need to cancel the event due to weather, we will either give you a refund, or we will reschedule the event. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you will receive a refund of the event fee, less the membership and credit card fees.
