Summer Solstice Paddle

Join the NSRWA on a guided paddle from Driftway Conservation Park to the Spit on the longest day of the year… The Summer Solstice! We will paddle through the beautiful salt marshes that surround the Herring River and North River, and stop off at the Spit, a barrier beach and known Piping Plover habitat. Varying wave and tides may be encountered. Moderate paddling experience recommended.
Park and meet around 5:45pm at the parking area for Driftway Conservation Park in Scituate.
Registrants are welcome to bring their own kayaks, canoes or stand-up paddleboards. Kayaks, paddles, and PFDs will be available to registrants.
This is a small group paddle, spaces are very limited. Ages 13 and up. Children under 15 need to be accompanied by an adult.
