The NSRWA is one of many coastal organizations that is part of the Marine Invader Monitoring and Information Collaborative (MIMIC), a group that monitors for marine invasives on docks and in the intertidal each summer from Scituate to Duxbury. This summer we are reviving citizen scientist involvement in this project, and we would love your help! Sign up for as many dates as you are available, and we will schedule you for July and August surveys. There will be two trainings at the end of June, one for docks and one for intertidal surveys. If you cannot attend one of these dates, we will ensure you will be scheduled with someone who has been trained.
