Did you miss the Weir River Virtual Tour on Earth Day? No worries, you can still catch the Facebook presentation here on our website. Join Andrew Gallagher of the Trustees and NSRWA Executive Director Samantha Woods for an in-depth look at the Weir River.

Weir River Farm takes it’s name from the river that runs through it and visitors to the farm drive over this important ecological feature each time they cross the stone bridge near the farm’s entrance. And visitors to World’s End enjoy sweeping views across the mouth of the Weir River as it joins Hingham Harbor. Join us this Earth Day on Facebook Live for a virtual tour of the river focused on it’s overall health, the challenges of water drawdowns and its herring population.

Samantha Woods, President of the Weir River Watershed Association and Executive Director of the North and South River Watershed Association, will bring important sections of the river to you through videos and photos. Don’t miss an opportunity to learn about the importance of this beautiful river and what you can do to support its health.
